Infrastructure
Cloud hosting and managed PostgreSQL/Redis — EU region (provider to be confirmed at launch).
Object storage for raw answers and crawled source content — EU region.
Payments
Stripe, Inc. — subscription billing, invoices and tax calculation.
AI and data providers
OpenAI-compatible LLM APIs — extraction of brand mentions, sentiment and classification; API-collector runs.
Proxy providers — resident IPs for country-specific runs (no customer personal data is sent).
Transactional email provider — verification, password reset, invitations and report emails.
