Privacy Policy
How ManyBoost FZCO, operator of SALTEN, collects, uses and protects the personal data of website visitors and customers, and the rights available to you.

1. Who we are
ManyBoost FZCO ("we", "us") is a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates the SALTEN website and application. For any privacy question, contact us at partnership@manyboost.io.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash, interface language); brand and project data you enter (brand names, website URLs, tracked prompts, competitors, country and language settings); billing data handled by our payment processor; the AI results we collect for your projects (raw answers from third-party AI assistants and the metrics derived from them); and technical data (IP address, user agent and the strictly necessary session cookie "salten_session").
3. How we use your data
To provide and operate the service, run your scheduled prompts and produce your metrics, bill your subscription, secure and support the service, send you service and account emails, and — only with your consent — measure anonymous site analytics.
4. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of vetted providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Stripe for subscription billing and payments; large-language-model and web-scraping/search providers to run prompts on AI assistants and extract brand mentions; and cloud hosting, database and email providers to run the service. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
Account and project data are kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, after which they are deleted. You can export your data at any time during this period.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email partnership@manyboost.io. Residents of jurisdictions with a data-protection authority may also lodge a complaint with it.
7. International transfers
Because we operate from the United Arab Emirates and use global providers, your data may be processed outside your country. We use providers who apply appropriate safeguards.
8. Cookies
The session cookie is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; declining does not restrict the site.
