Data Processing Agreement

Terms under which SALTEN processes personal data on behalf of customers as a processor under the GDPR, including subprocessors and security measures.

1. Roles

The customer is the controller of personal data contained in prompts, brand lists and member accounts; ManyBoost FZCO is the processor.

2. Instructions

SALTEN processes personal data only to provide the service as configured by the customer and as required by law.

3. Subprocessors

The current list is published on the Subprocessors page; customers are notified 30 days before a new subprocessor is added.

4. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, EU data residency for customer data, and regular backups.

5. Deletion and export

On termination data is exportable for 90 days and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
